@safiyapost You mean the Russian government? No, I'm not an expert when it comes to non-democratic ones. And if there is immunity for a head of state during war, Putin has non as this still is a 'special military operation' and Russia never declared war on Ukraine.

@goodlife6277 It was indeed prepared by Russia years in advance. The Ukrainian stage was also chosen by Russia. Ukraine is fighting Putin's army. Ukrainian soldiers are definding their country and not only the US but many other countries are helping Ukraine. This is not a war between the US and Russia. Although some like to frame it that way. Some even accuse the US of fighting a proxy war. If that's so, then Russia acts hypocritical because it has been waging a proxy war for years in Donbass.
