@tamiltimes32721 if cji can question the govt about manipur issue in his own personal capacity without anybody filing case means then why cant he question west Bengal rapes in his own capacity? Why this partiality?

Why the cji questioned maniour rapes of 2023 alone ignoring more horrific manipur rapes from 1960s till 2014? If court is ruled by BJP means why the court ignored west Bengal rapes rajistan rapes, aligrah rapes,.chatisgrah rapes?
