@KingstonTiger Indian kings didn't kill innocent people, they killed only enemies who were traitors to India. Ashoka killed Kalinga warriors, not innocent women & children. Don't justify the heinous acts of terror & barbarism by the English. The Indian kings didn't loot & plunder like the British. The British looted, plundered & also killed innocents & they haven't apologized.

@crazycreativetv4798 The Indian soldiers serving under the British gave many sacrifices for the crown & didn't care for their lives. In military, the one who gives orders bears the outcome, victory or defeat. Throughout history, only generals are complimented, not the foot soldier. Indian soldiers have perfectly demonstrated what any soldier must do.

@crazycreativetv4798 British are bad because they only kept Indians as slaves. It was not the case of Indian kings. If you study history properly, during the reign of Maurya & Gupta empires, no civilians were massacred. Soldiers getting killed is not equal to civilians.

Maurya empire, Gupta empire & Chola empire was the period when not only civilians but women were treated with respect & dignity. India was a shining star, a crowning jewel of the world. The same can never be said about muslims or even the British who sought thier greed & tyranny. I can't explain the intolerable atrocities done by Muslims & British in a yt comments but the list is huge. So don't ever ever ever compare British & Muslim invaders to emperors & kings of Maurya & Gupta empire.

The Mughals & British have only spread thier religion, culture by schools & railways were built to transport resources from hinderlands to ports so that they can be transported to England. During the Maurya & Gupta period, India was unified. From Afghanistan to Cambodia the golden period of Gupta empire reigned.
