  1. It’s odd how the good professor and so many others conflate ‘LGBT’ rights with ‘gay rights’. Gay people have the same rights as heterosexual people’ now. The self-styled ‘LGBT’ community pursue positions that are in essence homophobic and clash with women’s rights and severely limit a nation’s capacity to protect its children from harm. Liz Truss is not opposed to gay rights, but to the trans ideology which is a very different thing. Pollsters do not differentiate it seems. I’d suggest that her position IS understood and supported by the vast majority of women in the Tory party (and increasing numbers of women in the Labour Party too)
