  3. WTO rules demand a border controls if two territories are in different custom unions. And no tech is available to prevent a hard border as a consequence. Furthermore, the EU has no interest in giving up control of its border to a non member, especially if this non member is known for tariff fraud.

How do you do customs in ports if they are produced in Northern Ireland and exported to the Republic?
