  1.  @Guide4Ever  From an European point of view, it is a right party (Democrats) vs. a far right party (Republicans). The democrats stand right of most european conservative parties on many social issues.

  2. No. Coalitions are the norm in Germany. Last time a party won a majority in German parliament was 1957. Coalition governments are what makes Germany strong: compromise.

  4.  @soulscanner66  Sander has strong ties to the Democrats, he even tried to become their presidential candidate. Rather bad example.
