  3.  @thatsisjustcrazy8187  regional providers are often owned by the cities, while deutsche Bahn is owned by the federal government. Politics decide how much tax payers money they want to use to reduce prices.

  5. A tax reduction, 300€ per employer and an additional 100€ per child, reduced taxes on gasoline and electricity, increasing social benefits… I think nobody has to hunger in Germany. By the way: if you are unemployed, heating and rent is covered by the government
