@arevikheboyan Don't know what outcomes are available, as right now Armenians are at the whim of Azerbaijanis. Azerbaijan holds a better military and strategic position right now and they can make more claims and demands right now. Why wouldn't they? They clearly won the war. If the war continued, it would have been just a matter of time until Stepanakert fell too. Azerbaijan now has a military option at their disposal to settle the conflict in their favor. It may take a few more months, maybe a year, thousands dead and a lot of misery, but they would eventually emerge with a total victory if the conflict would continue. And unlike Armenia, they are mostly sending those Syrian mercenaries to the front. Armenians are sending their own youth to fight the war. This could have been avoided, had not the military-political leadership of Armenia not become complacent. They won the war in the 1990s, but they were not capable of understanding that the tides of war had changed.
One thing is for sure, do not count too much on Russia. Russia right now is in the midst of a power shift too. Putin has his hands full with a plethora of other conflicts he needs to handle, conflicts that are more important for Russian interests than the one in Nagorno-Karabakh. Furthermore, there are rumors that he is suffering from Parkinson and is seeking retirement. This spells a period of uncertainty, as it is unknown who will succeed him. He simply does not have the time nor resources to fully dedicate to a solution for this conflict. Iran is also not in a position to have an important say in this matter either. Too much support for Armenia would anger the millions of Azeri people in their country. Also, Turkey needs to stir up trouble around to distract its people from the degrading economic conditions. They tried with the Greeks and the Kurds. It didn't work. It worked with Nagorno-Karabakh, but this too will end if a peaceful solution is reached.

@hakobchirroglyan6063 You already lost the war though. I feel sorry for you, as I hold Armenian sympathies, but you were in way over your head. Numerous analysts told you the past couple of years that you won't be capable to hold the status-quo for long, as the gap between your military and the Azeri military widened significantly. You relied way too much on the usual Azeri military incompetence and corruption, but as soon as Turkish aid came, that disappeared too.
I don't think there is much you can do now. Prepare your nation for the worst, as most likely Artsakh will be lost forever. At best you will be able to obtain a form of autonomy there for the native Armenians, but I doubt anybody would want to stay as a subject of Azerbaijani whim. You've lost the momentum when you could, through diplomacy, obtain as much out of this as possible. Now you've given the Azerbaijanis the momentum and they will pursue a peace treaty that is most favorable to them, provided that they now have a military option to end the conflict without any political and diplomatic involvement.
Armenia became too greedy and complacent, not able to see the wider picture that things have changed since 1993. The lack of vision and awareness of your leader and people will now cost you dearly.
