Russia had one mobilization of 300k soldiers a year ago. Are you confusing standard yearly conscription of 18yo, which has nothing to do with Ukraine, with mobilization?
4
Maybe because Ukraine was kidnapping people off streets to throw them into the military for 2 years, while emptying inventories of strongest alliance of earth? And it's not like Russia cared about gaining land, at least for now. In those 2 years Russia was expanding production to outnumber Ukraine in drones, ammo and bombs. That's why after 2 years of neverending mobilization - Ukraine still struggles to get manpower And what massive casualties? According to mediazona Russia lost 50k in entire war. So around 22k a year. For comparison, in 2011 Russia lost 28k in car crushes

He's literally quoting Ukrainian soldiers
2
@koloraider 1) Russian claims are a few pro Russian regions joining Russia and Ukraine not inviting foreign armies on their land without Russian permission 2) USA leaving their proxies (Vietnam, Afghanistan) before had no effect on anything. Locals just stopped dying under NATO bombs 3) Putin hasn't invaded a single country that wasn't bombing civilians at Russian borders. Is there a particular reason why you believe that Putin will randomly attack NATO? 4) Sending more people to die in a war doesn't help them survive. Unlike negotiations

Do it, I dare you. Or you can try to explain why Ukraine has manpower shortages, despite kidnapping people off streets to throw them into the military for the last 2 years
1
@comdiver6736 have you calculated a huge Russian advantage in fire power?
1
@mikkel066h no? Ukraine just has more different equipment, but they have much less equipment overall. And the situation is much worse in terms of ammo
1
@mikkel066h because of drones. And also because nothing forces Russia to attack as soon as possible, they can just keep destroying Ukrainian army
1
@mikkel066h you can't make big pushes when enemy drones are around. Same goes for Ukrainian army. Until someone finds a reliable solution to deny presence of enemy drones - no-one will be able to push without loosing tons of men So yeah, Russia currently develops the ways to fight against them from electronic to turtle tanks, while expanding its military production. Considering that any big push will be noticed - either they will go in all in attack now or they will keep dropping fabs on Ukrainian troops until they figure something out
1
@mikkel066h the only NATO country that has equipment in storages is USA. But generally speaking Russia outproduces entire NATO in artillery shells and tanks, while building new factories. So when both sides inevitably run out of equipment in storages - Russia will have advantage NATO expands their production far slower than Russia. For example in 2026 USA plans to make 90k shells a month, while Russia already makes 250k a month. Russia can also afford to only spend it on Ukraine, while NATO has to supply Israel and Taiwan. Building factories inside Ukraine is stupid because Russia will easily destroy them. And I don't know if Czechia will be able to supply so many shells to Ukraine, considering that entire was unable to supply more than 300k shells last year, despite planning to send 1 million So again, big pushes are suicides until cure from the drones will be found. They can attempt some bug attack, but it won't make them win, they will just control more land. Also Russian strategy is working considering that Ukraine is running out of soldiers despite kidnapping people off streets to throw them into the military for 2 years already

American army is still occupying Syria. Have you sent money to Syria to fight off the invaders? Did your country sanction the USA?
1
Because of crisis in 1990s, people with age 18-25 are the least numerous demographic in Ukraine. Same goes for Russia. So both sides prefer to fight using 30-40yo because they already have children
1
@TransistorLSD yt sucks dick
1
@LehmannMr what's wrong with mercs and volunteers? Ukraine also uses them. And they let literal war criminals from the Kraken battalion leave prison and join the military. So what's your point again? Do you also think that Ukraine is "fooling" people from Poland and Georgia to fight for them or...
1
@Acanthurus_coeruleus1801 t55 is only a few years older than leopard 1. Russian soldiers have more training than Ukrainian, they have more tanks, artillery, electronic warfare, aviation, bombs, ammo and even drones now. Is there a single thing where Ukraine has an edge over Russia? Ukraine took ammo from the entire NATO and emptied their storages. So?
1
Russia has huge fire power advantage, so their casualties are much lower
1
"Russia is incapable of training even half of the volunteers" - lol what? Every year Russia has conscription and training of 200k 18yo. It's not that hard to train extra soldiers. What "infos" are you using?
1
What? Ukraine is losing because despite kidnapping people off streets for 2 years to throw them into the military Ukraine is still short in men. Russia, on other hand, sustains its army with only volunteers for more than a year
1
There's no such thing as unbiased reporting in general. But where exactly is he wrong?
1
@maxwellblackwell5045 what unbiased channels should I watch to educate myself, master?
1
@maxwellblackwell5045 Ukraine is running out of people in the army (because soldiers cry for more reinforcements) and population wise in general (0.7 birth rate). Of course the situation can change at any moment, but it doesn't mean that Ukraine isn't running out of men And again. What unbiased yt channels do you watch to learn about Ukrainian war?
1
Russia lost 50k soldiers in total according to mediazona. And unlike random propaganda - they have actual data
1
It's not Russia that's running out of soldiers and ammo. Since when stupidity is a defensive mechanism?
1
@mpopenker will have a population of 5 million
