  1. This quiet contract between Libyan militias & the European Union is very similar to the “Remain in Mexico” deal the US made. It’s too bad all this money isn’t being used to help ppl stay in their own countries & thrive.

Rampant corruption, extremist violence, little protection or infrastructure & climate change make it almost impossible! A suggestion of a pan-African military to protect & secure is a start?

I’m talking about moving forward to make positive changes for the future, so ppl can stay in their own countries safely & make productive independent decisions, & their countries can thrive. I’m thinking an African military made up of all African countries funded by the UN would be a start for Africa’s future & stability.

  11. Great idea; a pan-African military. I believe there is one already. But a huge amount of funding to allow ppl to stay in their home countries to live successfully should be added, from the UN.

What I said is that a UN African Aid program should be started funded with Western money to help ppl stay in their countries. Funding & regulating a pan-African military for the sole purpose of peace & security should be step one.
