  6. Charges cannot be brought against a cop when the man shot had a weapon, which was recovered inside the car. We have to work at changing policing laws and increasing the power & independence of citizen review boards

  7.  @conealblack1164  I agree this was a complete overreaction on the part of the cop. I’m not defending his actions. I’m saying that since Blake had a weapon, turned away from the cop, who couldn’t see his hands, the laws protect the cop. Period. Even if they wanted to, officials can’t fire or charge this officer; they would lose.
