  12. Michael Tisius; from a distance of 2-4 ft, shot guard Acton in the forehead above his left eye, killing him instantly. As Guard Egley approached Tisius, he shot the guard several times from about 4-5 ft, until Egley fell to the ground. Both officers were unarmed. Tisius was caught the same day & the gun retrieved.
