  5. The UN is powerless to change anything, written right into their charter. The UN exists strictly as a scape goat when things go wrong. NATO has real teeth. Notice Putin hasn’t invaded any NOTO countries. Moldova isn’t a NATO country. If Putin succeeds in Ukraine, Moldova is next.
