Okay, let me give you an example Both Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner are accused of taking foreign bribes while or after serving in government positions. Kushner is additionally accused of having sold White House intelligence to the Saudi crowned prince. Trump's allies in Congress have thus blocked any efforts to address or investigate these accusations. If Donald Trump's allies or family members commit crimes, will his pick apply the law equally, or will they shield Trump's allies and go after his enemies. That's what "loyalist" means.
