  1. You have to understand that the definition of rich is ALWAYS fluid and these new taxes are meant for you - the low-hanging fruit. The proposed "billionaire" tax on unrealized capital gains would apply to those with net worth of $100 million or more. Hm, 100 million is only a tenth of a billion, so don't you think that the next invention will be a "millionaire tax" that applies to people with a net worth of 100k... look out!
