@trickyabb when a single family rules a country for 5decades without any gaps, that's a dictatorship, not a democracy. Or maybe you have some other definition of democracy and alternative facts. Over 50% of Indian citizens still live almost the exact same lives that they did back during 1947. May e now a few things have changed with total electrification, bank accounts and aadhar and DBTs otherwise there was literally zero difference.

@trickyabb dude, I'm talking about the first 50 years of free India, that wasn't freedom at all, but another dictatorship, the dictatorship of Nehru family. And during those 50 years, for about most of Indians were living in extreme poverty, just like they were doing since 1947, basically zero difference. Stop trying to make Congress dictatorship look good by just talking about last 20-30 years and completely ignoring the first 50. 🙄🙄
