This satellite was also traveling at Mack 20 around 30000kmph. Faster than any hypersonic missile in existence. So not easy at all. Although stratospheric interception is also very difficult.

India had nuclear capability since 1960s but Nehru didn't carry out the test... Results.. no seat at the big boys table, no SC seat, no exception in the NPT, and had to face the sanctions when we did do it.. So don't tell me this bullshit about the escalation and all. There are only positive effects of this no negative... The US is already working on a new treaty banning space warfare and hupersonic weapons.. we needed it...to happen and soon. Not testing it was only good for Pakistan and China, testing it is good for India. It's not that easy to understand.. once you compare it with the nuclear tests.

You have to bring politics into it, otherwise the Pakistan loving Congress would never do anything...they didn't even test nukes for so many years. 😡😡😡 Now even if BJP loses, Congress will have to continue this aggressive approach otherwise they will lose and be vilified... But we sty need Many more tests.. tests from the airplane mounted missiles, from ballistic missiles, from submarines. Then and only then can we be sure of our capabilities.
