  2. No one ever gets bail in lower courts, and it has always been the same but no one bothered to talk about it ever.🙄 Thank God now because of a celebrity criminal ( read Disha and Munawwar) people are talking about it.

  3.  @AK-kn9ob  you're wrong, most countries follow jury system for most serious cases in almost all developed countries. Especially in cases against the state, like sedition, mutiny and other serious crimes such as murder etc.
