  1. Not by private sector but by loans from banks and other financial institutions. All of that will go away once their loans have been repaid, in due time. it's impossible to create such infrastructure at a fast pace without such loan schemes.

  2. they're already free in India. we literally have a thing called Right to education. 😂😂 Healthcare should also be made free and a lot more public hospitals need to be opened up.
