  1. India is having a hard time competing because it is not really a 'nation' in the traditional sense of the word. It is more like a Federalized Confederation, similar to the European Union minus the education and industrialization. 22 national languages essentially means 22 countries. Until they get down to a single primary language, India will remain a failed state and I don't know if English is that one language or not but it is probably the easiest one. Even Europe has agreed to a single language to do business and inter-state commerce. (Europeans can travel in Warsaw or Berlin or Rome, and communicate with everyone in English. My German cousins work in Sweden and France because people work in a single language even if they have an at home language.)

I am very aware that we don't have an official language, so quote me, you low hanging fruit. I never said it, you're just dumb. Get smart then comment.
