Imagine living under a cartel, and all of a sudden, the cartel members start disappearing. Yeah, you might not be happy about your cousin, going missing. But let's be honest, that cousin terrified you and your family and you're kinda glad he's no longer a stain on the family name. And funny how you've mentioned all these executions but haven't actually stated how many of them were innocent. Because it doesn't sound like anyone in the Philippines thinks they were innocent. Sounds more like the local neighborhoods are all polled, and the guys everyone knows 'have it coming' get what they 'had coming.'
