  1.  @ruotuz  Don't drag the US into this -- you're automatons that way. If you want to deplore atrocities in Syria, try blaming Assad's regime, Russia or Turkey.

  2.  @ruotuz  You're not on to anything new. The Syrian Civil War was already well on its way before the Americans started arming the opposition. One of reasons behind the civil war was the lack of democracy. Nothing seems to have changed in that respect.

  3. This has very little to do with democracy. Syria is ranked 164th in the Democracy Index. That's three rungs up from North Korea, which occupies the bottom spot.

  4.  @ruotuz  The US didn't bring any kind of democracy to Syria, not intentionally nor unintentionally. How you arrived at the latter will probably forever remain a mystery, because I suspect you'll never be able to explain it in a humanly intelligible manner.
