  2. You're being too kind to Iran. Iran is not much of a naval power, and they'd prefer their proxies -- in the case, the Houthis -- to do the dying on their behalf. Soon -- if not already -- the Houthis will realise that this is not serving their purposes, but strictly those of Iran.

  3. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt and Jordan have been fighting the Houthis since 2015. Why-oh-why should they shed crocodile tears when the Houthis get their comeuppance?
