@1989TS.. You're funny. The US is China's biggest trading partner; the EU comes second. Also, you've foolishly outsourced most of your manufacturing to China. Europe has been much better at retaining its manufacturing base. We're busy reshoring from China to Europe. You're reshoring to... Mexico. Trade-wise, the US most definitely needs Europe. Otherwise, why would you bother with trade wars with the EU? Why not do an Afghanistan and sheepishly withdraw?

@timmo491 Give over congratulating yourselves. Several EU countries have overtaken the UK in rolling out vaccines, and that's without cutting corners in order to start early. You thought it was the 100-metre dash, but it's a marathon, and there's no podium place in store for the UK.

@timmo491 Vaccinations are still ongoing, Einstein. And that's where the UK is trailing many EU countries. Why should we care about AstraZeneca's vaccine? We've got the gold standard, German BioNTech's vaccine, in ample supply.
