  4.  @xman1533  For your information, it's mighty embarrassing that Putin can't visit half of his BRICS colleagues for fear of arrest. I suppose you're not that well-versed in diplomacy in general, but a visiting head of state is expected to invite his host for reciprocal visit. In Putin's case it would be a faux pas, however, because Putin would be clapped in irons on arrival. Not very conducive to maintaining diplomatic relations, I'm afraid. Putin is a social pariah.
