  2. It's entirely possible -- likely even -- that Hamas has infiltrated the UNRWA organisation in Gaza. Who knows what kind of coercion they've used to force the Gazan UNRWA reps to do their bidding. UNRWA evidently needs to investigate who's Hamas and who's not. However, eliminating funding altogether is throwing out the baby with the bathwater.
