  2. Africa hasn't kicked France out. Even if Niger were to do so, France's state-owned uranium producer, Orano, can reopen and exploit its other sites in Africa. Besides, Kazakhstan has already surpassed Niger in supplies, and Uzbekistan is close. Then there's Canada as well.
