  3. The name reportedly comes from Dmitry Utkin, the alleged founder of the Wagner Group, who had "Wagner" as his call sign. Utkin is a veritable Neo-Nazi, with Nazi tattoos and all. He likes to play dress-up, too, in Nazi costumes.
