@CloudOmegaVII So in your book, they're just guilty, even if proven innocent. I sincerely hope you never get into any position of authority.

@CloudOmegaVII Refugees who cross the border and apply for asylum cannot be penalized for illegal entry, so they're not criminals under the law. If you find it all too confusing, maybe refrain from making comments?

@CloudOmegaVII Again, they're not illegal. And it's not European but international law that I'm referring to. A whopping 146 countries are signatories to the so-called Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees. You far-right wingnuts always go on about the sanctity of the law when you think it's in your favour, but when it turns out the opposite is true, it's "absurd and ridiculous". Hypocrite.
