  2.  @a24396  For your info, Hamas hasn't staged an election for a while. Also, they eliminated their political opponents in Gaza. Moreover, in launching their Oct 7 terrorists attacks, Hamas acted against the wishes of the Gazans, who, according to polls, favoured upholding the tenuous truce. Likewise, we shouldn't accuse all Israelis of supporting genocide, although they have put Netanyahu into office.
