  2. Your conspiracy theory needs work. When European countries are donating US weapons, it's practically always older or surplus weaponry. If it's newly-manufactured stuff, it's typically European-made. Also, the replacements for donated equipment are typically made-in-Europe. The order books of European arms manufacturers are full. The plural of 'company' is 'companies', by the way.
