  1. So, one gains India's favour by supplying weapons to it. Understood. I suppose Russia has fallen out of India's favour because Russia can't supply any. Its arms exports have imploded, and whatever it has supplied, is doing poorly in Ukraine.

  4. So Ukraine is part of the West now? Interesting. Let's see India try to buy Russian weapons, as it did in the past. It's a recipe for disaster. But not to worry, Russia has proposed to buy back weapons that it already delivered to India. Beggars can't be choosers.
