  2. I'm not so sure. Judging from their repetitive comments, they've tricked themselves into believing they specifically voted for "no deal". Now they're putting their hopes on the EU somehow disappearing into thin air.

  3. The EU has a trade surplus with Andorra, too. Should we in the EU let the Andorrans dictate our trade policy? Size matters.

  4. ​ @eddiel7635  The UK still tries -- after years of warnings that cherry-picking is a no-no -- to bend the EU's trade rules, as if we'd make exceptions only for you. The EU's other trade partners would immediately demand an explanation why they can't enjoy the same favourable terms. Savvy?

  6.  @demonhalo67  Nope, the EU's requirement for a level playing field arose from the suspicion that the UK will erode worker's rights, lower taxation and lavish subsidies on British businesses, all of which would make your companies more competitive without them doing anything to deserve it. I suppose you could take on China as well by reverting back to child labour...
