  6. He's had a good run, except in democratizing China. However, Xi's recent clamp-down on big tech doesn't bode well for the economy. If I were a gifted tech entrepreneur in China, I'd start looking for a way out. Domestic investors, big and small, must be distressed as well as their investments plummet in value.
