  2. It'll be a welcome change not to have to pour billions in development aid to these countries. The thing is, our government is about to pass a law that cancels all development aid to developing countries that are sympathetic to Russia's military aggression in Ukraine. So, it's up to Russia to plug the gap. Hahahahaha... who am I kidding?

I didn't know Africa has become so thoroughly "Westernised" of late. Say, we're among the least corrupt countries in the world, if the Corruption Perception Index is to be believed. Once in a blue moon, we do have a corruption case, however. Quid pro quo, can we brand the cultprits Africans? The blame game should work both ways, right?
