Too bad it's the other way around. Russia is suffering one military setback after another while it's being crippled by economic sanctions. In the mean time, Ukraine receives aid -- lethal and financial -- to continue the fight. Besides, in order for Russia to keep at it, it needs to mobilise its reserves, which won't go down well with those concerned. Fathers with young children would fight for Mother Russia, but will they fight to advance Putin's deranged imperialist agenda?
