  1. Accession of Finland and Sweden? The two have been EU members since 1995. Hungary itself only joined the EU in 2004, which meant that Finland and Sweden had to give their say-so before Hungary could join. Both have been funding Orban's corruption spree, too.

  2.  @duncanprice3088  Deciding over NATO membership is not a EU proceeding. NATO members decide their stance individually. Hungary was a sad laggard in the Sweden's drawn-out NATO accession, but it didn't veto anything.

  3.  @Nauda999  Hogwash. Hungary has had its snout in the EU's trough all right. Hungary has received and continues to receive to this day billions and billions in EU cohesion funding alone. Orban channels the money through public procument contracts to his cronies, many of whom have grown immensily rich as a result. The only difference with Putin and his oligarchs is that while the latters' wealth comes from oil and gas, that of Orban's clique comes from the EU.
