  1. Ahem, the declaration was watered down till all G20 members could just about stomach it. That's exactly the sort of thing that is typical for these summits. Also, the problem wasn't the "West", but rather, the "East" -- Russia's overt military aggression in Ukraine and the evasiveness of the "East" in the matter. Tell us in all honesty, should India negotiate about Kashmir and Ladakh? Should Pakistan and China respectively invade India in order to get India to the negotiating table? Is it Indian policy to reward aggression, or does it only apply when another country is subjected to it?
