Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan thought he had it sorted when he resigned the presidency and had himself appointed Chairman of the Security Council. Now he's been dismissed from that role and stripped of immunity. What will happen to him next is anyone's guess, but we're clearly not dealing with a happy pensioner.

  5.  @jeffs4483  China is the one engaging in neo-imperialism. We're not debt-trapping African nations, like China is. We've poured trillions in development aid to Africa. In contrast, Africa is foolishly selling its soul to China for mere billions.
