  1.  @christineshotton824  To be fair, Caesar took Rome because he broke the rule that forbade bringing armies into then-Italy, across the Rubicon. It followed that there was no army to oppose him either. Still, Caesar's civil war lasted four years, so a decapitation strike it wasn't.
