  2. Oh, I think the problem will resolve itself when Russia starts falling apart in a third wave of decolonisation after its inevitable defeat in Ukraine. We'll probably see Kaliningrad transform into a fourth independent Baltic republic -- Amberland -- in due time. It will be a good example to ethnic Russians in the Baltic countries. They'll finally realise that their future is separate from that of rump Russia.
