  2.  @hopecafeanew9623  Keep your shirt on. You're clearly mistaking me for a Sanders sympathizer. At best I feel ambivalent about the guy. My point is that a sizable portion of the American electorate is clearly drawn to non-conformist politicians. The same phenomenon that brought Trump to power now works in Sanders' favour. Populism isn't the reserve of the (far) right. The left has been at it since... forever. In Europe, many far right parties have demonstrably prospered at the expense of the left. The pendulum will swing back. The question is when and how far.
