@quocbaonguyen8308 How did Russia earn its permanent seat in the UNSC? They de-facto inherited it because no-one objected at the time. The UN Charter still speaks of the Soviet Union as a permanent UNSC member. Russia isn't even mentioned.

@Habib_Osman There's an interesting precedent in the UN's predecessor, the League of Nations, when it unceremoniously kicked out the Soviet Union for invading Finland in 1939. Sometimes history should repeat itself.

@thewho5786 Are you sure about that? Because Ukraine did launch counter-offensives that sent the Orcs packing from in and around Kyiv, Kharkiv and Kherson. Those were unmitigated successes by any standard. Russia can only dream of such success, like the slow-as-molasses advance on Bakhmuth proves.

@quocbaonguyen8308 I'd like to think a permanent seat in the UNSC is not for sale. Funny you should suggest that Russia is instrumental in warding off WW3. In case you haven't noticed, Russia is threatening with nuclear weapons on a daily basis. Who needs warmongers when you have "peacekeepers" like Russia?
