  6.  @mikelynch-zeroviewz2507  That would be the Soviet Union, not Russia. Somehow Putin has inherited India's moral debt and gets to collect on it as he sees fit. India is only too willing to oblige. And India expect to land a permanent seat in the UNSC. Nuh-uh.

  7. Why indeed? Even Russia was swaying towards war with Iraq. I guess we were still waiting for definite evidence of WMDs. The US and the UK jumped the gun.
