  6. Some intelligent states have found a golden opportunity to increase their tax revenue base by hundreds of millions of dollars A YEAR. They simply legalized marijuana....why not make it legal nationally and tax the hell out of it? It would go a long way toward paying for our needed infrastructure and decrease the need for private prisons...its a twofer!
