  1. Another excellent video. Clouds dissipated at my viewing location before totality, just like you described. It was so cool to watch these clouds dissipate. My friend in western NC wasn’t so fortunate. Thick clouds prevailed. You mentioned needing to be ready to travel to get to clear skies. But I worry about getting stuck in traffic due to everyone else doing the same thing. I guess the key is to make the decision to move locations the day before the eclipse. But that means finding other lodging. I’ve already started thinking about the 2024 eclipse and considering all these factors. Thanks again for another informative video.
