This guy is a criminal. Just so you all know, it was his policies that forced sick elderly people back into their care homes, exacerbating an already unimaginable situation. He wasn't the embodiment of good leadership throughout this ordeal, he was the encapsulation of corruption and wickedness that lies within even the most outwardly amiable of politicians. Like you really needed the Javits Center or the USNS Comfort, Mr. Cuomo. Give me a break. 🙄

@stefanmarchione6757 There will never be a such a thing as "back to normal" until an effective treatment is discovered, a cure/vaccine is developed, or herd immunity is achieved. No one is advocating for packing baseball stadiums with 50,000 people, we just want to be able to dine in at restaurants again, play tennis, or even go to the freakin' beach while keeping our distance. "Reopening" and "back to normal" are far from the same thing.

@stefanmarchione6757 I love concerts. I've had one concert I already bought tickets for be postponed, and another one that might also be delayed or flat-out canceled. But we have to do what we have to do. Avoiding large gatherings should be second priority after protecting the elderly (especially in nursing homes). Most superstores are still open, you can pay bills via mail, and public transportation should be used for work business only. Barbers and salons can open because they don't have a large crowd gathering in a relatively small enclosed area. Some things, like sports with fans, will have to be put on hold for a while. That doesn't mean the small italian restaurant on 4th Street should be punished for it.
