  3.  @philobetto5106  No, it's not. If nobody was unjustly shot using a firearm, I and certainly many other liberals would never be calling for them to be confiscated. It's because they keep ending up in the wrong hands and tragedies like Sandy Hook keep occurring that we have taken this stance. It has nothing to do with a "tyrannical government" (which, by the way, fit the Reagan administration to a T).
