A "person" must be an entity that can experience pain (suffer, which fish can do), be aware of its surroundings (sentient, which the hundreds of thousands of pigs and cows slaughtered each day are), and can see itself as existing over time, or is self-aware (consciousness, which only dogs, dolphins, great apes, humans, and a few other species are capable of). A fetus, prior to the age of 18 weeks, is none of the above. You're welcome.

Here's something else to consider: If a human of any stage of development is conferred certain "rights" merely by virtue of possessing a unique set of DNA, does that then make it permissible for a pregnant mother carrying a set of identical twins to abort just one of them? Their arguments are a house of cards; it's a wonder how their sophistry has managed to survive public scrutiny longer than five minutes.

He's a con man, nothing more, the likes of which have been exposed time and time again by such legendary magicians as Derren Brown, Las Vegas duo Penn & Teller, and James "The Amazing" Randi. If that is all you've got, I'm afraid I will have to relegate this to the trash heap. Feel free to return when you have an actual scientist fairly investigating and presenting evidence -- an Ian Stevenson, perhaps.
