  1. I'm down. Although, if they have children, I think they should be excepted. Someone has to stay behind and watch the kids, and women are (I'm just going to say it) more biologically suited for that role.

  3. Well actually they could: if Republicans take control of Congress and the Presidency, they could outlaw abortion at the federal level. And according to the Constitution's Supremacy Clause, federal law trumps state law.
